Representative office of Japan, specializing in providing comprehensive support services for sales operations in Vietnam. They assist with agency management, import/export operations, social media, and website support, ensuring smooth sales processes.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supporting overall agency management operations.
• Handling all import and export operations.
• Assisting with social media and website management.
• Managing Salesforce operations.
• Communicating with agencies via email and phone.
• Creating documents and entering data.
• Preparing and managing business reports.
• Performing other related administrative tasks.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in English.
• Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Female candidates aged 20-30 are preferred.

• Salary: Around 20,000,000 VND (Gross) per month
• Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
